Band-Aid card

Hi everyone!  Hope you are enjoying your Labor Day weekend as much as I am!  It is after all, my birthday weekend!

I am feeling 100% better.  I am so grateful for that.  

Unfortunately, It is my mom who's now sick.  She's been in the hospital since Thursday.  Although she's feeling better, doctors will keep her there until she's completely out of her pneumonia.  Hopefully, she'll only be there for a couple of more days.

So, to brighten her spirits, I made her this card, which I took to the hospital along with a beautiful yellow roses and sunflowers bouquet:

And yes, she loved it!

Sneak Peek - Disney Mini TP Album

Hi everyone!  Hope you had a great week!  

I am still not feeling well, so I've been working from home and visiting my doctors.  But don't worry, I know I'll be good-as-new in no time!

When not working, to keep my mind occupied, I've been doing some challenges I've found on the web.  I've also been working on this Mini TP Album for the girls of a friend of mine.  They just got back from Walt Disney World, and I just know the girls will love these to show their friends what a great time they had during their summer vacation.

Here's a sneak peek of the mini:

Isn't it pretty?  I am trying to keep a general Disney theme, but I'm adding a little something here and there to personalize it for each girl.  I know they will just love it!

Hola!  After a little while without scrapbooking (or even touching a paper, glue or scissors), I decided to get back to my favorite hobby by participating in the Latina Crafter and Freshly Made Sketches August challenges.

Great sketches, huh?  Here's my version of this challenge:

I used Latina Crafter's "Pasaba a Saludarte" stamp set for the "Hola!" and papers from Simple Stories.
